If you need full body protection you should apply it to all areas that require protection from the sun. Gently apply an ample amount of the sunscreen onto all exposed areas and then thoroughly rub it in until the white isn’t as apparent as before. You may notice sun separation but it can be avoided if you knead the tube before using. If you need to reapply it do so after swimming, drying off with a towel or becoming sweaty. In addition to the sunscreen you should protect yourself with other methods such as protective clothing, limit the amount of time that you are exposed to the sun. You should consult a doctor before using this particular sunscreen on children under the age of 6 months.
